立足重大传染病预防需求,依据病原微生物致病和预防机制,结合分子佐剂理化性质特征,聚焦于疫苗佐剂的设计、评价和机制研究,已建立铝盐、纳米乳和脂质体多模式佐剂/抗原递送平台,部分佐剂技术已转化应用于3项疫苗临床研究和多项疫苗临床前研究。主持国家十二五科技重大专项子课题、国家重点研发计划子课题、吉林省科技计划重点研发项目和企业技术合作开发项目等科研项目累计11项;在Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、J Control Release、NPJ Vaccines等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者26篇,被引用1700余次,H指数24,受邀参编中英文专著共4部。 现为中国疫苗行业协会核酸疫苗分会委员、中国疫苗行业协会细菌感染与疫苗研究专委会委员,受国家新药审评中心(CDE)邀请参与包括核酸疫苗和新型佐剂疫苗在内的10余个疫苗品种的临床和上市审评,受CDE邀请以技术专家身份参与制定我国《疫苗佐剂非临床研究技术指导原则》和《疫苗佐剂药学研究技术指导原则》。 Selected Publications: 1.
